Features and Benefits:
? Inserts can be used in both metric and in drills for greater versatility
and cost savings of lower inventory.
? Insert can be used in inboard and outboard positions reducing set-up
confusion and less inventory.
? Chipbreaker 47 & 57 meets ferrous and non-ferrous drilling
applications.
? ValPro grades VP310, 5225, 8335 provide excellent performance on
steels, stainless and cast irons.
? LCMT 04 insert provide two cutting edges with a large carbide cross
section to withstand difficult drill situations.
? XPMT 06,08,09 inserts offer four cutting surfaces and resist breakage.

Valenite ValPro Family of Indexabile Drills:
? ValDRILL, VD100: Indexable drills in inch sizes, 0.500 to 1.316” .
? Silver Drill, SD100: Indexable drills in metric sizes, 12 to 30mm.
? Val-U-Dex, VWDR/L: Right and Left hand Indexable drills with trigon
inserts in sizes, 0.75 to 2.500”.
? Hi-Pro, VSD: Brazed on carbide tip drill in sizes, 0.404 to 1.156”.
? Solid Carbide Drills, VSCD: In both Inch and metric sizes. There are 6
different series of drills that range from Thru-Coolant styles, 3
different grades, and different flute styles.
