Valenite brings you the most advanced system available for parting, grooving, undercutting and profiling: A total system, combining our flexible toolholder family with super-tough one and two-edge inserts. The ValGroove system features single and double-edge insert designs, new chipbreaker geometries, improved grade technology including PCD and CBN, and a complete range of tool holders for parting, grooving, turning, undercut grooving, profiling, and internal and face grooving. VTG double-edge insert styles include two geometries and two new carbide grades.

Insert Style VTG-GG – For parting and Grooving operations on all materials.
Insert Style VTG-TG – For general plunging and turning on stainless steels.
Insert Style VTG-RG – Full radius inserts for profiling, turning and grooving in stainless.
