Valenite SD Carbide Inserts
For Centre-DEX End Mill Cutters

Centre-Dex end Mills are used for a wide range of applications including plunging, side-cutting, slotting, counterboreing, spot facing, peripheral milling and profiling.

Features include:

  • Positive insert geometry.
  • Wide range of applications.
  • Wide selection of inserts sizes.
  • Style 1 cutters use 1 insert and Style two cutters use 2 inserts.
  • SD Insert Style numbers ending in 3P designate Chipbreaker insert .
Note:- we carry lock screw, torx wrenches for the Centre-Dex end mill system.

VP5045
  • General finishing to roughing of steel, stainless steels and high temp alloys.
VP5142
  • General purpose to roughing milling grade for carbon steels and alloy steels.
