Valenite V590 Face Mills
For Knee Mills and Machinery Centers

The V590 Series Face Mill use standard Valenite AP10 or AP13 positive rake top-form geometry inserts that provide the benefits of lower cutting forces at higher feed rates. The new ValMill series is available seven different face mill designs. Machining speeds from 12,200 to 40,000 rpms can be obtained depending on tool size. The face mills can have five to sixteen inserts, depending on the diameter range of 1.50 to 6.00-inches.

Applications:

Use for shoulders, facing, ramping and helical interpolation.

Features :

True 90° shoulders eliminate secondary operations.
Uses the same inserts as the V590 end mills.
Smooth cutting action even on lower powered machines.
Positive geometry inserts create lower cutting forces at higher fee rates.
