| How to use Special Order Form

- Enter the details of the product you want to order in the labeled fields
- If you don’t know or care for a specific brand simply leave manufacture
field blank
- The only mandatory fields that must be completed are description and quantity
- When you click the Add To Cart Button the fields clear for entering further items
- To return to cart simply Click Close
